Every year Prestige homes offer their
clients of that year a fantastic trip to the wonderful country
of Switzerland. We offer this trip as part of the Prestige
Homes experience and after sales care. Below are some images

A meal with the Prince
 Early
this year Moody was invited for a meal with Prince Charles
and the two talked about the achievements of Prestige Homes
over the past 10 years, he was very impressed with the company and
wished that we continue our success during this difficult time in
our economy.
Established in 1997, Prestige Homes is acknowledged
as the leading developer of individual, luxury homes in the Milton
Keynes area. Dream child of its founder Mr Al-Najar
(more commonly known as “Moody”) it has grown to be a
family business built on a belief in delivering quality without
compromise.
Having studied Civil
Engineering, Moody came to the area in 1992 to train as a pilot
at Cranfield University Campus . After qualifying
he began flying and became the youngest pilot to achieve
Captain with British Midland. Moody liked the area and
decided it was time to settle down and buy a house but was disappointed
that no local companies could offer him the quality and specification
he desired. Moody, not being one to accept second best, decided
to design and build a house of his own. With a fantastic location,
individual features and exacting specification, people constantly
asked if he would consider selling the house – instead, he
acquired more land and Prestige Homes was born.
“A home should be individual and
reflect the lifestyle of those who live there. At Prestige Homes
we design our houses to be individual, luxurious and of the highest
specification you can find in the area” said Moody….

In order to ensure a Prestige Home
meets this standard, Moody is personally involved at every stage
giving his full attention to each client.
“It is not every day you get to build your own home.
We want to make the process fun and enthralling for the client.
And, if we are to deliver our promise, it is essential that the
customer is involved in the process to ensure we deliver a home
that fully reflects their personality and life style.”
And if you think it is all over when they hand
over the keys, you would be wrong....
“Our involvement never ends
when we hand over the keys, making sure our client has settled in
– even if we help hang their pictures is an essential part
of what Prestige Homes is all about!” said Moody.
In fact, his hands on approach is so successful that many of his
clients have become good friends and if they did have to move, would
defiantly ask Moody to build their next home.
